Overview

Heron Country Club needed a connected digital presence that could support several distinct parts of the business simultaneously, from weddings and private events through to golf and padel, without the brand feeling fragmented across different audiences and channels.

Rubi brought the website, content production, graphic design and paid ads together into one coherent marketing system, allowing each area of the club to be promoted and confidently while maintaining a single, premium brand identity across all touchpoints.

The Challenge

A country club with multiple revenue streams faces a more complex marketing challenge than a single service business. Couples planning a wedding, golfers looking for a club, event organisers comparing private hire venues and padel players seeking courts all arrive with different expectations and priorities.

The challenge was to create a digital marketing structure that could speak to each audience distinctly and effectively, without diluting the club brand or confusing visitors who arrived looking for one service.

The Heron Country Club website was designed to give each area of the business its own clear space while keeping the club brand consistent and premium across every page.

Page performance was optimised to support both organic traffic and paid campaign landing page quality scores. Fast load times, Core Web Vitals compliance and mobile responsive layouts were prioritised across the build, reflecting the high proportion of venue research happening on mobile.

The enquiry journeys for each service were designed and tested to make the path from interest to contact as short and as friction free as possible, with clear CTAs and well structured forms supporting each conversion point across the site.

What We Did

We designed the website architecture around the different ways people discover and research the club, ensuring that weddings, golf, padel and private events each had a defined and emotionally appropriate space within the same brand framework.

We created graphic design assets for campaigns, event promotions and social content, maintaining a consistent visual identity across every area of the business and every marketing channel.

We produced photography and video content for both organic social media and paid ads, then used those assets within Meta and Google Ads campaigns targeted at audiences by interest, intent and enquiry type.

Ad Results

The Meta advertising campaigns for Heron Country Club delivered strong and efficient results across both the Heron Wedding and Heron Events campaign lines during the period from 24 May 2026 to 19 June 2026.

Total campaign performance: 22 leads generated, 864 clicks, 47,472 impressions, £532.22 total ad spend, £0.62 average CPC, 1.82 percent CTR and £24.19 cost per lead.

The Heron Wedding campaign delivered 14 leads from 677 clicks across 39,561 impressions at a cost of £461.31 and a cost per lead of £32.95. The Heron Events campaign delivered 8 leads from 187 clicks across 7,911 impressions at a cost of £70.91 and a cost per lead of £8.86.

Video content built for weddings, golf and events

Strong country club video content needs to do more than show the location. It has to capture the setting, the atmosphere and the different reasons people choose to visit, enquire or book.

For The Heron Country Club, we created short form video content designed for Instagram, Facebook and Reels, covering weddings, golf, padel and private events. The content was planned to show the venue clearly across each audience while keeping the overall brand feeling polished and consistent.

The final videos gave The Heron a more flexible library of content that could be used across social media, paid campaigns, website sections and future promotions, helping each area of the club feel more active, visual and easy to understand.

Key Outcome

The Meta advertising campaigns for Heron Country Club delivered strong results from an efficient and well managed media budget, with raw campaign data confirming the scale of performance across the period from 24 May 2026 to 19 June 2026.

The campaigns generated 22 qualified leads in total, split across 14 Heron Wedding enquiries and 8 Heron Events enquiries. The activity delivered 864 clicks across 47,472 impressions, with an average CPC of £0.62 and a CTR of 1.82 percent.
